16 NovTrying A New Thing…

At the risk of over-committing, I think besides talking about birds that this will be a useful exercise for me to start.  Theoretically 21 days is the commitment, but we’re going to just… roll with it here.  And so without further ado…

Small changes ripple out:

  • 3 Gratitudes:
    • I’m grateful for my sweet family
    • I’m grateful for my sister dedicants
    • I’m grateful for the roof over my head and all that entails.
  • One positive experience:
    • Finding out M2 came in first in her age group for 50 free yesterday by a solid .64 second lead! So excite!
  • Exercise: 
    • Not a good week or so — I need to get back to this.  It is a good thing to do and I feel better when I’m doing it.
  • Meditation: 
    • 5 minute upon awakening, 3 minutes x2 (need to get this back up to x5!)
  • Random Acts of Kindness: 
    • Not sure this counts but was prepared to roll best I could if C wasn’t able to make it to class today to present her questions (but she made it, yay!).
