And so was the company. We went & saw our friends G&D who we haven’t seen… well, for about a year, even though they live only about five miles from us. I guess we’ve known them about a decade? now. They’re comfortable people — gentle, sweet, and… they’re comfortable. We know we’re in the presence of good friends when we see them & we can relax into being ourselves. It was a lovely evening.
Yeah. Sometimes there’s just nothing more to say. It was a very good evening. Must do more often.
This is how rarely we do things like this: I have no tag for “friends”. In the hopes that things will change some this year, I’m going to remedy that now.
