So one of the songs we sang yesterday was “What a Friend We Have in Jesus.” Same melody as a Utah Phillip’s song where the last line, unsurprisingly for a labor activist, ends, “And throw the bosses off our backs!” That was not, I suspect, the association that song was meant to bring up, but there it is.
Also, I think that CD is packed right now & I have a sudden inclination to listen to it.
