Rockin’ the Long Draw

Did some spinning tonight for the first time in a while. Spinning like buttah.

In other news, everyone is off their meds on Iron Chef tonight. Alton is even a little more excited than usual, making jokes about getting the guest chef & his people a box of twinkies when they applewood smoke some goat (which he also later calls “Dazed & Confused Goat”). Jeffrey Steingarten is even more of a curmudgeonly curmudgeon couching his agreeances with other tasters within peevish disagreeances (”I have to disagree with your opinion that salt is a matter of opinion.” “So… you actually agree with me!” “Well, I don’t think that the amount of salt that is perfect is a matter of opinion…”). And he, upon having to listen to some morning talk show lady yammer on endlessly about how food is an emotional experience, etc, etc, gives The Best Eye Roll EVAR. You could almost hear his eyeballs schlurp around in their sockets.

And special for B, some poppin’ & lockin’ to end the weekend, because funniest thing I’ve seen in a long, long, long time was him & my brother in a dance off.
