I can’t decide whether I think it has been productive or not. I’ve been busy, but not overwhelmed, but not billable, but learning stuff about stuff that will eventually be billable…

I almost made a post that just said, despite my review, sometimes it’s best to remain quiet & look like a fool than open your mouth & remove all doubt, but I think that situation came out alright after all, so that’s a little yay for me (I actually asked a question in a meeting for how two different tools integrate & the doods from the outside company didn’t get it, but I think everyone else in the room did, so it wasn’t that I hadn’t explained clearly, just that what I was trying to convey was something outside of the scope of how they’d thought their tool might need to be used). So, yay for actually asking a question & yay for carrying through with it, and yay for only feeling a little discouraged about it instead of totally crushed, and yay for it turning out ok in the end.

Other than that, poking new tools besides the new tool we were in the meeting about, ambling back & forth somewhat between the two taxmology areas. I was *doing* stuff, but I’m hard pressed, at the end of the day to say what I was doing. I was doing… stuff.

HipMama is getting it’s upgrade because mercury has gone retrograde & that’s how we roll. Now I’m just waiting for “publishing” the vocabulary to finish so I can go home…
