ShovelGlove with a small child’s broom is not as impressive as the real thing, I have to say. But every time I do upper body exercise involving my arms & weights, I end up inflaming all those nifty nerve tunnels all the way up from my wrists through my elbow & clear back into my shoulder blades. So I’m hoping starting ridiculously light & easy (4 minutes total today) that some day I will be able to exercise my upper body reasonably. In any case, shovelglove is teh awesome.

Found a couple of gmail hacks for kid emails — one being apparently you can username+additionaluser@gmail and that’ll add an additional user to your email, the other being giving them their own account but set it up to forward a copy of all email to the account to the grown up account. Both options have their drawbacks, but eventually I’ll have to face them. I did set up a separate profile for the girls (which at this point is M1) so she can create her own favorites. I set google search to safe search. The profile doesn’t have admin permissions. I need to figure out if I’m going to create a whitelist, or not. I don’t think so, but I do want — obviously — a grown up around while she’s noodling around on the computer. Irritatingly enough she wants to go to the freaking bratz sites & put make-up on the horrid little things. Girl needs to play more DDR. That’s what I think.

M2′s 4 year doc appt. is on Friday. Auntie is indisposed that day so I’ll be working from home except when M2 is at the doc’s. Need to buy another month’s worth of fizzishle pills while I’m there & let them know that my HR dept whupped my insurance into line. Saturday M2 turns FOUR. FOUR, people. I think it’ll just be our little family, my folks & my brother & his wife. The only other little kid we know that’s M2′s age is next door & it seems weird to invite her & all of her sister’s big friends so… eh… I don’t know. I’d rather have small parties for both of them frankly… but whatever.
