Gloating

I made Holly B’s Cinnamon Rolls for breakfast.

They couldn’t have turned out any better if Holly had made them herself. Well. If Holly herself made them, maybe… but these are looking to be *damn* *fine*. This batch of cinnamon rolls is going to inspire me to play with bread products for months to come.

Sweet, sweet reason to wake up (not that I needed another one tomorrow, but one can never have too much good motivation to crawl from a nice cozy bed in the morning).
